We are the meeting point of collaboration between two realities. On one side, we represent the family winery, a historic establishment in Barolo founded in 1908, the GERMANO ANGELO winery. On the other, we are an integral part of BOSCO DELLE GALLINE VOLANTI (the forest where the hens fly), an agricultural enterprise founded by Viviana Germano in 2016, which cultivates with the principles of synergistic agriculture and provides a variety of products including vegetables, aromatic herbs, small fruits, and edible flowers.
With over forty years of experience in the food and wine hospitality sector, we are a point of reference in Barolo for discovering the history and culture behind the renowned "flavors" of the Langhe. Through our sensory tasting services, we narrate the story of not only the magnificent wines but also the products that have always accompanied them.
