In the roastery, we take you back in time because we use 1950s machinery that ensures a slower processing method and consequently a higher quality in the finished product. These machines have a sturdiness that is almost impossible to find nowadays and are also beautiful to see for their vintage design.

From Plant to Cup: An Intense Experience in the World of Coffee from Small Producers

You will delve into the "roots" of coffee. The roastery features a visitor path that, starting from the coffee plant and exploring its origins, how and where it is grown, arrives at the beautiful projects that ORIGINI CAFFE' helps to support through direct trade with small producers and Slow Food with a commitment to developing sustainable farming practices for both people and the environment.

An Inviting Final Tasting

Finally, after the visit, we will move to Barolo, the heart of the Langhe, for an exclusive lunch at the "Il Bosco delle Galline Volanti" restaurant where you will taste wonderful wines accompanied by delicious typical dishes. At the end, there will be a tasting of a coffee blend from various parts of the world. You will savor the richness and diversity of flavors that only authentic coffee imported directly from small producers can offer, to perceive through the cup the faces, hands, plants, and beans.
