The event begins with a guided tour of the historic Cantina Germano Angelo, located among the picturesque vineyards of Annunziata di La Morra. During the tour, guests will discover the secrets of the vineyards and winemaking. Lunch or dinner served at the agriturismo "Il Bosco delle Galline Volanti" in the iconic former social winery of Barolo (now the Germano winery and restaurant), features a typical Piedmontese menu with dishes paired with the tasting wines. The wines and typical products will be explained and analyzed using tools like creating the sensory profile.

This unique experience begins with a visit to the Torrefazione Origini Caffè in La Morra, where guests learn about the fair-trade coffee roasting process. The tour continues with lunch at the agriturismo restaurant "Il Bosco delle Galline Volanti" in Barolo, where typical Langhe dishes are paired with local wines. The event concludes with a tasting of a premium coffee blend.
